Need a whole panel re-labeled? Place every key on the MCP 1500 layout above and the proof shows the finished panel. For the MCP 1900, 2200 or 2400 use the loose-keys mode and tell us the panel in the checkout note; the covers are identical.

Siemens key cover sets

The ONE MCP ships with laser-labeled standard covers. Siemens lists these replacement sets (product note 109802036); Think-PLC engraves the unlabeled FE-grey blanks.

 

Transparent covers for paper insert plates (6FC5248-0AF21-0AA0) are the quick-and-cheap alternative; laser marking is the permanent one.

How it is made

Design onlinePick a symbol, type text or upload artwork, adjust size and position on the key, place it on the panel or set a quantity.
Artwork on the orderAdd to cart; each design becomes its own line with the engraving data attached, and you can print a proof.
Laser markingThe shop decodes the order into 1:1 engraving files and marks the FE-grey blanks on the fiber laser in a fixture that holds a full set at once.
Inspect and bagEvery cover is checked against the proof, bagged per design with its key positions, and shipped with the proof sheet.
Snap onPull the old cover, press the new one on. No tools, no disassembly, no panel downtime beyond a minute per key.
