Laser cut parts, priced while you upload.
Send us a DXF and get a number back before you have finished your coffee. Steel, galvanized, stainless and aluminum on a 6 kW fiber laser, formed on a CNC press brake, tapped, deburred and powder coated in the same building — from one bracket to a production run of back panels, cut and drilled to bolt straight into the enclosure.
Drop DXF files, one part per file. We read the geometry right in your browser.
Pick material and thickness, set quantity, add bends, tapping, deburr or powder coat.
Cut length, pierces and weight drive a live estimate with quantity breaks.
Files and estimate land with our mechanical team. Firm quote back within a business day.
Upload, price, order.
Drop your DXF files, pick a material and thickness, add bends or finishing, and watch the price update as you go. Everything is computed right here in your browser from the actual geometry — cut length, pierces, part weight — using the same rates our shop quotes with. Nothing is sent until you ask for the quote.
Drop in your DXF files
One part per file, 1:1 scale, flat pattern for bent parts. Inches or millimeters — the tool reads the file's units and lets you override. Add as many files as you like.

Material, thickness, quantity, options
Each part shows its take-off and a live price. Bends are counted per part; holes smaller than the material thickness are drilled automatically; tapping, countersinks, deburr and powder coat are per part.
Materials and thicknesses we cut 6 kW fiber laser · stock we keep on the floor
Other alloys, pre-painted, perforated, brass and copper on request — note it on the line and we quote it by hand. Certs available on request for stainless and aluminum.
How the estimate is built every rate the tool uses, in the open
The number on the page is an estimate from your geometry and these published rates. A person at Think-PLC reviews every request — nesting, bend feasibility, hole-to-edge, material availability — and sends back a firm quote, normally within one business day. Freight and sales tax are added on the quote. Think-PLC, LLC assumes no responsibility for parts made from customer files; we cut what you send.

Nitrogen-cut clean edges in stainless and aluminum, oxygen for thick steel. Tight nests keep your stock cost down and the kerf out of your tolerances.
